Shipping policy

Shipping destinations

We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Please provide a complete street address that can be served by the selected carrier.

Shipping cost

Free Standard Shipping is available on all eligible orders to supported destinations.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders usually require 1–3 business days for processing. Estimated standard delivery is 5–15 business days after processing. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send the tracking number to the email or phone number used at checkout. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after a label is created.

Multiple packages

Items in the same order may be fulfilled by different warehouses or suppliers and may arrive in separate packages at no additional shipping charge.

Address changes

Contact us immediately at jason20230130@gmail.com if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing. Customers are responsible for accurate and complete delivery information.

Delays, loss, or delivery issues

Carrier delays, weather, peak-season volume, and other events outside our control may affect delivery. If tracking has not updated for 7 business days or an order is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us and we will investigate with the fulfillment partner or carrier.
